We’ve had a great experience with Roam. The design is clean and minimal, perfect for a premium ecommerce brand. It’s flexible, performs well, and integrates smoothly with our delivery apps and checkout setup. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. We’re also running Google Merchant Center without any issues. Very happy with the theme.
As we discussed via email, the text the 'AI app' referred to is merely placeholder text, and is used on a section that was not even published on your theme. This text is available to edit within the Theme Customizer and renders a standard link. You also mentioned you were not "100% certain this was the cause of the misrepresentation triggering for Google". Unfortunate to blame the theme.
Initially, I liked this theme for its clean look, but then I realized I kept failing Google's misrepresentation policy because of imbedded code from this theme. There is hidden code that has place holders for the "roam" brand as well as a hidden contact header that shows contact info on every page. I had to go in manually edit the code and look for the hidden items.
We use this theme for ecommerce and everything works perfect! We have all we need with Roam 👍
