Recently upgraded our Shopify store from an older custom theme to the latest Prestige. Having a great experience with the theme and the support has been excellent!

This review is about the excellent customer service that I received from the support technician regarding the abilities of Prestige. Eduardo was excellent in his communications and dug further into an issue that I was having and provided information that made a huge difference in our buildout.

Switched over from a different theme to Prestige to upscale the website. Had some issues with our carousel images and their team was able to promptly assist in fixing the problem!

So now I know that simple, easy-to-use themes and beautiful, sophisticated aesthetics don't have to be mutually exclusive. Hinnig's service was excellent; they resolved all my issues promptly and patiently, and I'm happy to continue using their themes.
