We unfortunately cannot upgrade Impact to color schemes as this would break all existing merchants. We have a strict non-breaking policy to allow merchants to upgrade. We would have appreciated you to reach us first at support (we could not find any ticket from you) so we could explain you the reason, as this review feels very unfair. No Color Scheme options! Developer promised to keep updating the theme but has stopped edits. All Shopify Themes should have color scheme options that you can apply to different sections with ease. Extremely unhappy.

This is unfortunately not possible, sorry. The products are real-life products that belong to their respective brands, it is therefore not possible to redistribute them to merchants. However, when you install the theme, sections will be pre-added similar to the demo, but you will need to fill with your own content and products. This theme is by far the best designed theme. The updates keep coming. I love that. I do wish that Shopify would let us know if the update affects any custom code that we've added. They use to do that. Made updating easy. If it did not change your code then you didn't need to test and it could be a quick update. If it did affect your code then you could schedule the update for when you had time.

Since I've purchased the Impact Theme I have been always satisfied by the whole performance of this store preset. Furthermore, I also have to state that in the last days I had to contact the support cause an issue in my theme arose and they promptly and effectively fixed a solution. I couln't be more satisfied with their service.
