This theme is beautiful. It took a ton of talking to support to customize the things I needed, but the support was really amazing. I went back-and-forth with Dale so many times, but he was able to fix almost everything for me almost immediately. He was super patient as well.

We've used Flow theme for a few years and it works really well for us. If we ever have any problems the team are quick to respond and help fix things.
