I submitted a support request regarding an update of the theme from an older version to the latest one. The support team replied promptly, in a friendly and very professional manner, which meant I was able to carry out the update easily and reliably. Now it’s time to focus on content management, and I’m very keen to see how that goes.

UPDATE: We followed up with the merchant immediately and have sent several check-ins over the past couple months to investigate these performance concerns. We are yet to receive a response to our diagnostic questions; however, we have monitored the store's front-end and can confirm it has remained live and fast-loading throughout this period!

Im having serious issues with the theme in the middle of an important ad campaign. Store is lagging and doesn't load it at all.

The Envy Theme has been great and Eight Themes has been great to work with - They are responsive and effective at fixing any issues + answering questions. I had a web designer initially set up my site and teach me how to add collections,etc. Since then it has been easy to run by myself!
