We have been using Blockshop since 2014. Support has always been very responsive and helpful. We just upgraded to the new version and are excited to try all the features. So far, so good!
We have been using Blockshop since 2017. They always keep up with the latest in user interface. This is probably the best retail shop theme on Shopify. No nonsense presets configured with the best in class widgets. It is versatile, with a lot of configuration available. The support, if you ever need one, is lightning fast and friendly. Highly recommended.
Thanks for the feedback. Our themes meet all the Shopify theme requirements so they have everything an app needs. Conflicts usually come from non-standard app code, which is outside our control, though we're glad to help resolve it.
