If we were to offer this service we would have no time to manage, maintain, and update our themes. This theme has few functions and many settings are limited. When we contacted the developers of this theme, they were unwilling to adjust the functions for us and said they would have to pay extra. Their service attitude was extremely poor. For other themes we bought before, their developers will adjust the theme functions for us for free according to our needs.
It's the best theme I've come across so far, and I've used around 10 themes over the past 7 years. It does everything on my wishlist, I couldn't be happier with it or more thankful that it does it all! When your life and business is made better and easier, that's such a win. Alchemy is THE best!!! Thank you Clean Canvas. Keep up the amazing work. 🤩
