This theme is well-designed, fast, and easy to customize without needing extra apps. The layout looks professional on both desktop and mobile, and overall performance is excellent. Definitely a great value for a paid Shopify theme.

Regarding your speed concerns, we have already replied to your emails and informed you that the low performance score is mainly due to the large number of third-party apps installed on your store. We recommended removing unnecessary apps to improve your LCP and overall speed. We are still fully ready to help you with further optimization or guidance.
The speed of this theme is really too slow. The LCP has always been bad, and Google's speed test performance has never exceeded 50 points, which seriously affects SEO. The worst part is that when I contacted the support staff for help, I didn't get any response. This theme can't be found in Shopify's official theme performance test rankings either. I really don't know how this theme passed.
Beyond the capabilities, in my first interaction with customer support, they responded and were able to complete my ticket all within a timely manner. That is worth 5 stars alone.
It works very well, and the after-sales service is also excellent. I love it.
