I like the look of the theme but do not be fooled. Their customer support is non-existent. To be fair, they did respond one time and fixed something on the website. I have been trying to get answers for months and even got Shopify involved. Like the previous review, I have spent hours on this theme and now I feel like I need to buy a new one. This is unacceptable customer service.
DO NOT BUY THIS THEME! I just THREW AWAY almost $300. There is NO customer support - I've emailed them MULTIPLE TIMES and they ignore me and even WORST their basic template has no basic SEO header tags - its missing a tag and META DESCRIPTION in the header - unreal. How embarrassing. I MAY HAVE TO START OVER AFTER HUNDREDS INVESTED INTO THIS AND SO MUCH TIME WASTED!!!
